Bradley Lowery Foundation – 6 Month Construction Timelapse

Last week we installed a Time-lapse camera at a site in Scarborough to document the build of the new Bradley Lowery Foundation holiday home.

The project is due to last 6 months and is due to finish in July 2022.

The holiday home is being built for a brilliant cause and will benefit the lives of hundreds of families. The holiday home will have not only have 5 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Not only this, but the holiday home has a private, enclosed garden, hot tub and a play room for children of all ages.

“Having a child who spends a lot of time in hospital is extremely hard, you are secluded and cut off from the outside world. I want to create a safe haven that the whole family can enjoy and use to reconnect.

Often when you have an unwell child, the family is separated with one parent being the main care giver and the other parent having to go to work or look after the other children.”

Our time-lapse system is taking images every 2 minutes from 6AM – 6PM and is automatically uploading them to our server. This allows us to provide the charity with progress updates from the site. We have 24 hour access to monitor the camera and this allows us to make sure that it is running                                     and uploading smoothly.

As there is not power available on site, we use solar panels that have an extensive 14 day battery back up for our time-lapse cameras. Time-Lapse LTD works very closely with the construction site manager to document the project in the most efficient way and to make sure the whole process runs perfectly.

We are looking forward to revisiting the site to capture aerial drone photos of the site throughout the build.

Do not forget to keep an eye out, on our page for progress updates of this project.

The main benefit of the Timelapse to the Bradley Lowery Foundation is that it will allow them to have regular content from the site to post on social media, this will keep their stakeholders up to date and promote the project to a new audiences. Allowing them to raise further donations for the charity and future projects.
